Breakfast is booming out of home with £76 million spent on the first morning meal out of home on a daily basis. While 18% of all morning occasions out of home involve tea , there has been a decline of 4% in coffee occasions , presenting a key opportunity for operators to tap into by pairing brunch dishes with different tea blends.
